We have a range of shipping options because of our long-term partnership with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse staff are trained to package your goods exactly as per the specifications we provide. Your goods are thoroughly checked and securely secured prior to shipment. Every day, we send thousands of packages to customers from all over the world. Note: Orders with multiple items will have a distinct processing period for each item.

Prior to shipping, we examine the items ordered thoroughly before sending the items. Most orders are now shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.

Returns

We don't manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. This means that the actual stock could alter at any time. It is possible that your order is out of stock when your order has been made.

The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
